i found the beds and pillows comfortable. the outdoor pool was a definite highlight for me. the breakfast buffet impressed me with its variety and quality!!!
The hotel's shuttle communication was a bit lacking. I wished they had contacted me sooner to arrange the train station pickup.

i booked this very nice place after reading the amazing reviews and seeing the amazing scenery. let me tell you, it was very good! were super friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was seriously a highlight, tons of fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and drinks. it was the best way to start my day, every day!
the only thing i can think of is that the pool got a little crowded sometimes, but it was still fun!

the hotel is well located a short distance from the center. the staff were friendly and helpful to me. the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were relaxing after a long day.
the front desk did not seem very cute when i checked in. when i asked about the shuttle to the train station the lady pointed at the board behind me. the breakfast did not meet my expectations since lots of choices weren't fresh.

the breakfast was good (especially the bread rolls).
I was disappointed that the room lacked soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the hallway. this made it difficult to relax during the day and disrupted my sleep at night. i think the hotel should address this issue to improve guest comfort.
