My stay at Beausite Zermatt was overall fantastic, especially with the amazing views of the Matterhorn from my room (absolutely unbeatable!). The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort, though there were some bumps with service during the shuttle pick-up (which could use more attention). The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options, but I found the tea situation lacking (would love some improvement there!).
